SuperMom

Ever just have one of those super rare busy, but efficient days?

Those days where everything just seems to fall into place and you can accomplish just about everything you set your mind too?

Well today was one of those days. It began at about 5, showered, cooked a delicious b-fast, got the kids up and ready, fed and on the bus. Got myself ready, made two phone calls, checked my calendar for the day and headed to work. At work we began our first roll out of the Apple I-Pads, and then I worked in some 9th grade classrooms helping them get set-up correctly.

There were only a few glitches, and a few kids who couldn't seem to get things downloaded correctly.  Next I went back tot he office, ate a small lunch, got to work compiling a video of the kids getting their IPads. Three o'clock came way too quickly. At 3:15 I had a meeting, at 4:00 I was at the Gym for 30 minutes on the elliptical. Set a new record and hit my last goal. Picked the kids up by 5:10 and headed home to cook dinner, help kids with their homework and then clean up the kitchen.
I have not felt this physically strong in a long time. It seems that since I stopped doing any kind of exercise in 2009...I have forgotten how good it feels not to feel so weak and medicated. My back feels stronger, I have lost several pounds, and I have stopped drinking both coffee and caffeinated drinks. Now that my body is getting used to this, I don't feel tired or sluggish. I don't have the craving for sodas, etc. I bought a soda this morning to drink for the day, but after about 2 sips I was so disgusted that I threw it out.

So overall...this was just an extremely good and productive day. I do not get them very often, so when they do come along, I feel that I should be celebrating. Screaming from the rooftops that "I am invincible! Bwahahahah"

Peace  ~     <3    ~    :)
